A client of Richard Parry’s walked free following a Court of Appeal ruling.
One of our client’s faced allegations of murder, but following a botched ID procedure, the Court of Appeal rejected a Prosecution appeal after the trial judge had thrown the case out.
Whilst this be no comfort to the families of the deceased, it does mean our clients will not face trial.
