Whilst face to face meetings are the ideal way to discuss your case confidentially and in confidence, many clients may not wish to or be able to travel or attend meetings at this current time. Using the technology available we are able to offer most of our consultation services via video platforms, namely Skype, Zoom or even Face time.
If you are due to attend court, and are suffering from the symptoms of Coronavirus or are in isolation, it is vital that you contact the court or your lawyer so that an explanation for your absence can be provided. The courts would normally request a medical note, but it is unclear as to what policy they are following at this time.
