BSB Solicitors Partner Jonathan Black was invited onto BBC2’s Victoria Derbyshire to discuss the impact of the IT failure within the criminal justice system that caused disruption across the country. Appearing at 45mins 35 seconds in he told the program that this should not be happening in light of the massive investment by the government and was also featured in The Times explaining that people’s liberties are at risk when the IT infrastructure of the justice system fails.
